Held every year at the stunning Ampleforth Abbey in Yorkshire, The Joy of Encounter is a meditation retreat hosted by WCCM - The World Community for Christian Meditation.
This event brings together people from diverse and marginalised backgrounds where they sing, dance and meditate together.
In this ten minute film, I take the viewer on the emotional journey that the participants experienced on the three day retreat.
