End Bottom Trawling

Transform Bottom Trawling Coalition – Campaign Film
On World Fisheries Day, I worked with Locate Productions to capture dynamic footage for an environmental campaign calling for an end to bottom trawling in UK Marine Protected Areas. The project brought together leading conservation organisations including Oceana UK, Blue Marine Foundation, and the Environmental Justice Foundation, who delivered a petition of over 198,000 signatures to Defra.

As part of the shoot, I filmed marine biologist and filmmaker Inka Cresswell, capturing her contribution to the cause and helping to visually amplify the coalition’s message. The final film was released to coincide with a critical government consultation, using powerful visuals to inspire action and awareness around the protection of fragile marine ecosystems.
